Spice mobile pc suite is also called Spice handset Manager Software and support different spice handsets. If you have the same which supports your device than you can use internet in your PC via that but for that you have to download separate Modem device driver for a particular spice handset model. Let me share my experience with you when I just had same problem. I always want to connect my spice handset with my pc to use internet but I don’t have modem driver for my mobile. So I start searching that for that and I found my solution at http://howmobile.net/spice/2167-spice-pc-suite-mi350n.html.
